Dear South West Blues Club member,

The South West Blues Club 2024 AGM will be held 12-1pm on 12 October 2024 at Milligan, 35 Milligan Street, Carey Park.

The AGM is an important time for us to come together as a club, reflect on the year that has been and elect our committee and office bearers for the following year.  Please come along to help celebrate what we’ve achieved in 2023/24 and decide upon the structure of our committee for 2024/25.

Spring has sprung, the grass has riz, but tell me when the next jam days is? Well it’s next weekend and it’s going to be a whole lot of fun. Dust of those musical instruments and get yourself (and your mates) down the Froth Craft Bunbrewery – Bunbury for four hours of live music. See you Sunday.

Redhouse is a Perth band that is currently rattling the windows of many of the more salubrious music venues in both town and country. Having recently played at The Ellington Jazz Club, Perth Blues Club, the Gaysby Skyline and the Australia, they also have a slot booked at this year’s Gidgestock Music Festival. The band features Alex Mears on guitar and the unmistakable voice of Gabby Okas. Get down the Blues Central on Sunday 8th September for another dose of quality blues. Also on debut will be The Recliners to take the afternoon to a close. See you there.
