The committee has made a decision to put a hold on the Murder Mystery Night and look to run it later in the year, with September being the tentative month. A new wave of Covid has hit the South West and health authorities are predicting worse to come. In the interests of the health and well being of club members, we are postponing the night. The night has been well subscribed and anyone who has purchased tickets can either hold onto them or you can get a refund. The committee has made a decision to postpone the next Jam Session and the AGM that was to have been held in August. In light of the worsening Covid situation, the health and well being of members and the wider public are paramount. We had a large turnout for the July jam with reports that there are growing numbers of our membership now with covid. Few people were wearing masks, and it is almost impossible to socially distance in a crowded room. We will wait for the current covid and flu wave to subside and hope to resume our activities in September. It is regrettable to have to curtail these two events and we apologise for any inconvenience. Your health is important and we ask everyone to stay safe.
